Affordable and Rapid FDM 3D Printing Service:
Typical Cost: $1.99 per cubic centimeter.
Note: Minimal volume fee of $80 per print bed (230 x 270 x200mm). An additional volume charge may be accrued if large amounts of support structures are needed.

Typical turnaround for FDM 3D printing Sydney is 3-5 days. In the case of large, solid volumes, these can be printed hollow with a honeycomb like structure in the center. In these cases FDM printing can be more affordable than any other option. Many DA models for council are made this method.
Affordable SLS 3D Printing Service:
Typical Cost: $1.40 per cubic centimeter.
SLS offers some of the most flexible, strong and detailed 3D printing available. The most affordable service has a lead time of approximately 3 weeks.
Priority SLS 3D Printing Service:
Typical Cost: $2.50 per cubic centimeter. (Note: A higher fee applies for smaller objects)
This version of SLS is more expensive but has a shorter lead time of 7-11 days.

Design Services:
Manifester’s unique trait is that we can take design from any stage of the project. Our primary expertise is in preparing products and models for fabrication. With experience with artists, builders, architects, marketing companies and industrial designers, we can be a part of any creative process.
3D Scanning:
Manifester has a 3D Printing Systems Scanmaster which is ideal for scanning human sized objects in full colour. We are able to scan on-site.
For smaller objects, manual drafting is often more cost-effective than scanning. However we do have a range of precise 3D scanners available through our partnerships.
Mass Production:
After the prototyping stage, Manifester’s Sydney office is equipped to take your design into mass manufacturing. We have a history of co-operation with local suppliers such as Warringah Plastics or RMD Plastics.We are able to supply a variety of mass productions methods including injection moulding and vacuum forming. This allows you to stay with one designer, right from inception to mass production.
Delivery:
For SLS jobs to Sydney, delivery is included.
Otherwise a delivery fee may apply.
Support Structures:
Manifester has the ability to use dissolvable support structures, leaving no marks or remnants upon the model. The process of removing the support structure takes around 24 hours and incurs a fee for the chemical processing.
Finishing:
Manifester can perform basic finishing services. These include sealing, lacquering and spray painting of 3D printed models.
File Repair:
Manifester can provide assistance in preparing your digital models for printing. Almost all models need a small amount of repair. See Design Services.
Acetone Vapour Bath / Resin Finishing.
Acetone dissolves the outermost surface of ABS objects leaving a smooth finish. It is recommended for solid figurines and jewellery, but not for architectural models, geometric shapes, replacement machine parts, or delicate forms. As it can delivery unreliable results, we generally suggest using the more detailed SLS print and opting for a manual polishing process.
Another option for improving the finish of rapid FDM prints is a clear resin finish. A thin layer of clear resin is manually applied to the print. The resin conceals the visible layering of the print and creates a surface smooth to touch.
